Please note the following:

• A highly qualified English speaking tour guide is included in the price of your tour.
• Entrance fees, travel costs, and additional expenses (ie toilets, souvenirs…) are not included in the price of your tour.
• You can make amendments to your booking no less than 10 days prior to your arrival.
• The earlier you book your tour the better, but no less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival. All other options can be discussed by e-mail, Skype or phone.
• All published prices are in Rubles.
• All published prices can be changed without prior notice.
• All published prices are for individual guests. Prices will be cheaper if there are 2 or more of you, as you will be sharing the costs of the guided tours. Special group prices are available upon request for groups of 5 people or more.

Booking 

Bookings are only accepted by e-mail.   

To book a package tour for 3, 5 or 7 days in Saint-Petersburg on the website, please click the button "Order Tour" on the left of the Home Page or “Book tour” in the Package Tours Section and fill in the information that is required.

If you would like to book a separate tour (for example – a tour only inside St.Isaac’s Cathedral), click the button “Book Tour” in the Tailored tours Section on the Home Page and fill in the information that is required.  

After discussion of your individual requirements by e-mail, Skype or phone the final calculation will be sent to you.

Payment

• During the time of your tour you can if you wish have additional excursions with us if there is sufficient time, or your guide can accompany you to any place as a translator if required. The cost of any extra excursions must be discussed in full and paid for in advance.
• Payment can be made: by Credit Card or cash
• We always try to be flexible, so if none of the payment options suites you, please suggest yours and we can discuss it by e-mail, Skype or phone.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you can be made up to 14 working days prior to your arrival.
